Hi, I'm Jessica
When I decided to pursue a career in nutrition, it was out of a need to heal my own body. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in the "dark ages" when no one knew what gluten was and nothing was labeled Gluten Free. After being sick for most of my life, I can't tell you the relief I felt and health I gained by changing my diet. No medications, no surgeries or procedures, just a diet change. I learned firsthand how food can heal the body, and I was inspired to help others do just that. Working with kids and families has shown me that good health is so much more than vegetables and counting calories. Finding a balance between everyday nutrition and the reality of a balanced life is my passion. As a busy, working mom I have found ways to make healthy nutritious meals hit the table in the midst of sports, activities and picky eaters. My low key approach to nutrition allows me to educate you on the best way to nourish your body and to translate that into your daily life. Reach out today to see how I can help you reach your individualized nutrition needs and get you on the road to a lifetime of wellness.
